Don Woo’s career in construction began over 40 years ago. When he first joined the newly established Mission Construction in 1978, Don was assigned to project engineering duties in field operations. After successfully mastering these skills, he was promoted to Assistant Field Superintendent and later to Superintendent, charged with the responsibility of directing individual construction projects.
After Don became well-established in field operations and construction techniques, he moved to the position of Project Manager. His responsibilities included total project coordination and administration. After working on over 100 successful construction projects, Don had the managerial skills needed to fulfill his new role as Senior Project Manager.
In 1986, Don became the principal of the firm. Now as the CEO and President of Mission Constructors, Inc., he directs the general management and operations of the firm.
Along with Mission, Houston is another one of Don’s greatest passions. He is grateful to be able to contribute to the city’s skyline through his work and to the betterment of Houstonians’ lives through his charitable endeavors.
