Experience
Fred Grona has over 40 years of experience in the construction field. He began his career in commercial construction when he moved to Houston in 1985.
Project management and client relations is Fred’s primary role at Mission. He is well-versed in commercial construction, having worked on a wide range of projects. Fred’s background includes Liturgical Facilities, Outdoor and Indoor Theaters, Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Research Labs, Emergency Centers, and Office Towers.
Fred is known for his ‘hands-on’ approach to management and construction coordination. He keeps a steady and open line of communication with his clients, architects, and subcontractors.
