Tommy Uzick has been working in the Houston Construction industry for over 35 years. His career began as a Construction Superintendent and spent many years working for prominent contractors. At Mission Constructors Inc. his managing role is two-fold, he serves as Vice President-Estimating on Competitive Hard Bid Work and as Design Phase Manager on Negotiated Work.
As Vice President of Estimating, Tommy is responsible for the quantity survey and pricing of all materials, coordination of the subcontractors, and reviewing and comparing their bids for the final estimate. His duties as Design Phase Manager include overseeing budget control during the design phase of the project.
Tommy has worked on a wide range of construction projects including Educational, Industrial, Medical and Research, Offices, Retail, Recreation Facilities, Financial, and Liturgical.
